The Hurricanes and the Crusaders are both given some hope and are at $8.00 and $9.00 respectively. The only Australian team given any chance is the NSW’s Waratahs who are currently considered an $8.00 chance.

The NRL competition is a far more open betting affair with the majority of the favourites having bad starts to the season. The Melbourne Storm has been far from impressive but still hold on to favouritism at $6.00. The Broncos are the second favourites at $6.50 and could certainly give the competition a shake up.
